Better Watch Out... Alison's Got a New Title

Alison Gaulden, APR, Fellow PRSA, the Faculty Advisor of PRSSA Nevada was inducted into the PRSA College of Fellows on Sunday, October 10, 2021. The recognition comes after nearly three decades of work in Public Relations, and more than 15 years educating and mentoring students at UNR. Alison constantly receives an outpour of love from students and peers.

The PRSA College of Fellows is renowned as the “gold standard” in a public relations professional’s career. This prestigious recognition only goes to the “best of the best” who leave significant impacts on their communities and the profession as a whole.

In her induction remarks, holding back joyful tears she shares, “It’s a remarkable gift to serve as the inspiration and role model for many people across a vast age spectrum. My passion for Public Relations and its true underpinning of relationships comes from nearly 25 years involvement with PRSA, most of my closest friendships have come because of this organization, whether the students introduced to PRSSA or the pals setting the bar, I am beyond grateful.”
